If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with an exchange or store credit. Due to the personal nature of swimwear, we do not accept returns.
For all "Sale" or "Clearance" items, All Sales are Final. No exchanges, returns or store credit are available.
Exchanges or store credit is available with the following guidelines:
1) Item is in original, unworn condition with tickets still attached.
2) Panty liner must still be in place for all swimwear bottoms
3) Your request is within 7 days of your purchase.
You can choose to return an item for store credit or echange (provided the order is still in the time of validity) by following the procedure outlined below:
1) Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
2) Select "Details" form the order from which you want to return an item.
3) Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
4) Add an explanation, in order for the shop team to better understand your reason for return (optional).
5) Once the form is complete, clicks on "Make an RMA slip", and you request will be submitted. The request appears as "Waiting for confirmation" in your "Return Merchandise Authorization" page, accessible from the account page.
6) When your return is approved, your request will appear as "Waiting for Package" in your "Return Merchandise Authorization" page, accessible from the account page. Print the return slip and include it in your package.
7) Send us back your item with the "Return Slip." Write down your authorization number anywhere on the outside of your box or package.
